Catherine Hefferan rsm Catherine Hefferan rsm is a Sister of Mercy and has a background in Nursing, Midwifery, Psychiatry and Counselling. She has a BTheol, Master of Ministry, MA (Theology/Spiritual Direction) and a Graduate Certificate in Supervision/Spiritual Direction. She trained at 'Siloam', Heart of Life Spirituality Centre and is a spiritual director, supervisor and director of retreats.  When giving the Spiritual Exercises she draws on the wisdom of the Mystics.
